How it works
1. Account
Create an account and activate the online membership.
2. Schedule
The schedule shows which lessons are being streamed.
3. Join
At the time of the lesson you click and you are in the studio. Nothing to install.
The stream is one way. You see and hear the teacher; the teacher does not see you. So there is no need to worry about the room behind you.
What you need
A computer, tablet or phone with a browser, and an internet connection. Nothing more. Lay your mat so that you can still see the screen lying down.
